SERVICES
With the exception of Long Term Lets, our prices are all inclusive
of water, gas and electricity. |
LINEN
We provide bed linen weekly (duvet covers, sheets and pillow
cases). |
TOWELS
Hand towels are available but we do not provide bath or beach
towels. |
CLEANING
The apartment will have been checked and thoroughly cleaned
before your arrival. At the end of your stay we expect you to
leave the apartment as you found it. We reserve the right to
make a 50 Euro cleaning charge if we feel the property is left
in an unreasonable condition. |
DAMAGE
Your initial deposit of 100 Pounds Sterling or 150 Euros is
converted to our security deposit upon your arrival and is refundable
within 2 weeks at the end of your stay. |
CHANGEOVER
Changeovers are flexible and not normally a problem although
we cannot guarantee access before 4:00pm on the day of your
arrival, or after 10:00am on the last day of your holiday. |
AVAILABILITY
The apartment is available at short notice when there are no
prior bookings. Payment upon arrival. |
BOOKING
If you would like to make a reservation, we will confirm availability
and costs, and make a Provisional Booking pending a deposit.
Your booking will remain Provisional until such time as we receive
your deposit and we will only keep a Provisional Booking for
a limited period of time. |
DEPOSIT
Unless otherwise agreed, if you wish to proceed, a deposit of
100 Pounds Sterling or 150 Euros is payable upon our making
of a Provisional Booking and before a reservation will be assured.
Prior to your arrival this deposit is non-refundable but upon
your arrival is retained as a security deposit to be refunded
after your stay. Your deposit will also be refunded in full
in the unlikely event of our cancellation of your holiday. |
The deposit can be paid directly into our U.K. Abbey Bank
Account, either by direct credit trasfer from your bank, cheque
by post or over the counter at your local branch.
A non-sterling deposit can be paid securely online via PAYPAL.
Due to the unreliability of our postal service here on the Costa
Blanca, it is advisable to avoid international postal correspondence
for bookings and payments. |
| When your deposit have been received either online or into
our U.K. bank account. We will then issue a Booking Confirmation
by Email. |
BALANCE
The full price of your stay, in Euros, is payable upon your
arrival on holiday. Payments can be cash or a Euro Cheque. |
INSURANCE
You are responsible for making your own arrangements with regard
to holiday insurance. Simply search for: ONLINE
TRAVEL INSURANCE |
PETS
We do not permit you to bring any pets into the apartments. |
SMOKING
We regret within the apartment is strictly non-smoking. On the
terraces is O.K. |
